Juicy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. oat meal
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pack firmly into a loaf pan.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand for five minutes and serve. Yield 8 servings.
