Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
2 c. boiling water
1 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. soda
4 c. All-Bran
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. raisins or dates, chopped
Preparation

Bake 3 for 23 minutes.
Makes 60 muffins.
Batter wil keep in refrigerator 6 to 8 weeks.
