Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. oven baked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. melted corn oil margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
Preparation

Beat together all filling ingredients, adding eggs last, until smooth.
Pour in pastry shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
