Whiskey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 free range chicken
    2 oz. butter
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp. Crown Royal
    1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Butter chicken; sprinkle it with lemon juice and roast about 1 1/2 hours until deep golden brown.
    Remove bird; carve and place on warm plate.
