Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Heat fruit to boiling point; sweeten to taste.
Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into mixing bowl.
Add milk, beaten egg and melted butter; mix lightly.
Arrange fruit in bottom of baking dish.
Spread batter over hot fruit.
Bake until brown.
