Spoon Bread Ham Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green onion with tops
    5 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. chopped cooked ham
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter for 5 minutes.
    Combine corn muffin mix, ham, 2 tablespoons butter, eggs, milk, mustard and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Add onion; mix just until blended. Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons butter and sesame seed.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cut in wedges and serve hot with Mushroom Sauce.
