Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    17 oz. can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Combine
    eggs
    and milk.
    Beat until well blended.
    Add cracker
    crumbs
    and
    set
    aside until all liquid is absorbed. Add remaining\tingredients
    except cheese to the cracker mixture. Mix well and spoon into casserole.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese while hot.
