Mock Cream Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. non-fat ricotta (or non-fat cottage cheese)
    8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
    1 Tbsp. ground garlic or garlic powder
    1 tsp. cracked black pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine ricotta and cream cheese, garlic, pepper and lemon juice in food processor or blender; process until smooth.
