Frona'S Scaloppino Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. turkey or chicken cutlets
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour (for dredging)
    1/2 c. marsala
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Dredge, season and brown cutlets.
    Stir in marsala and mushrooms.
    Cook until desired taste.
