Low-Fat Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can low-fat evaporated milk
6 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 tsp. ground white pepper
1 pkg. refrigerated fettucini noodles
Preparation

Cook fettucini in large pot according to package directions. Drain water, leaving noodles in pot.
Stir in evaporated milk, cheese and white pepper.
Cover until cheese is melted.
Toss and serve while hot.
