No-Cholesterol Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 c. unsifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (15 oz.) jar applesauce
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Cream
    margarine
    and
    sugar well.
    Using wooden spoon, stir in\tother
    ingredients
    except
    egg whites.
    Fold in egg whites. Spoon
    into greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.\tBake at\t350\u00b0
    for
    1 hour and 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
