Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. beef broth
    1 c. wild or brown rice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 half onion
    1/2 tsp. herbs
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and parsley in butter or oleo.
    Add to beef or chicken broth.
    Add rice; bake for 1 hour.
