Butter Tarts(Makes Approximately 2 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/3 c. raisins
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then add sugar, vanilla and vinegar.
    Mix well. Add melted butter and blend well.
    Stir in raisins.
    Fill tart 1/2 full.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes and at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
