Corn And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans cream-style corn
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. coarsely broken crackers
1 c. undiluted Carnation milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. crackers
8 oz. pkg. precooked sausage links
Preparation

Combine corn, green peppers and onions.
Place half of the mixture in bottom of a 10 x 6 x 2-inch buttered baking dish. Sprinkle crackers over corn. Add remaining corn.
Top with 3/4 cup broken crackers.
Mix milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over corn mixture.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Brown the sausage links. Serve on top of baked corn.
