Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak, cut in 1/4 inch strips
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter; add beef and cook in remaining 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add soup, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Lower heat and add sour cream when mixture no longer boils.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
