Texas Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef or chili meat
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. chili powder or to taste
4 large cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 can tomatoes
water
Preparation

Brown first five ingredients.
Add tomatoes and water.
Simmer two hours, adding water as necessary, seasoning to taste.
