Pear Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. peeled and grated pears
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
Make a well in center.
Combine oil, eggs, sugar, pears and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir just until moistened.
Spoon into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
