Low-Fat Cranberry And Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped peeled apples
3 c. cranberries, washed and drained
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oats, uncooked
1/3 c. unbleached or all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. low-fat margarine, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine apples, cranberries and granulated sugar.
Spread in a shallow 2-quart casserole or a 10-inch square pan.
In a medium sized bowl, blend brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and spices.
Pour melted margarine over oatmeal mixture; blend well.
Spread topping over fruit. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
Serve warm.
Makes 10 servings; each serving contains 6 grams of fat.
