Pear Pecan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pears
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Drain pears, reserving 1 cup of juice.
    Bring juice to a boil and remove; add Jell-O and chill until partially set.
    Blend pears and cheese in blender until creamy .
    Stir in Jell-O and pecans. Whip the cream and fold in with other ingredients.
    Pour into a large mold or 16 individual molds.
    Serves 16.
