Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 stick oleo
    minced onion
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add flour and milk, then cheese, mixed vegetables and mushrooms.
    Place in casserole dish and put crushed soda crackers on top.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
