Spinach Puff Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. Stove Top chicken flavored stuffing
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain, squeezing out extra juices.
    Combine rest of ingredients.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Freeze on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Especially good if taken out of the oven and allowed to stand for a few minutes before serving.
    Spear with toothpicks and dip into Lemon Mayonnaise.
