"No Peek" Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    stew beef
    carrots, cut into chunks
    potatoes, cut into chunks
    rings of onion
    1 large V-8 juice
    4 Tbsp. tapioca pudding
Preparation
    Layer meat, carrots, potatoes and onions in a large oven-safe dish with lid (or you may use crock-pot).
    Pour V-8 juice over meat and vegetables; sprinkle with tapioca pudding.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
    Do not remove lid or open oven door.
