Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 large egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    450\u00b0.
    Lightly
    grease
    large
    baking sheet. In
    medium
    bowl,\tcombine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut
    in
    shortening
    with
    pastry
    blender until it resembles coarse crumbs.
    Make
    a
    well in center; stir in egg and milk
    all at
    once.\tContinue stirring until dough leaves side of the bowl.
    Turn
    out
    onto a lightly floured surface; knead, lifting one
    side of dough over the other, pressing out lightly with palm of hand.
    Repeat 20 times.\tRoll out and cut biscuits being careful
    not to twist cutter.
    Place on baking sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
