Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. broiler or fryer pieces
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced pineapple
    1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Place chicken in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Drain pineapple (reserve 2 tablespoons liquid).
    Mix juice, Heinz 57 sauce and honey and pour over chicken.
    Bake an additional 25 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Arrange pineapple over chicken and bake 10 minutes longer.
    The boneless chicken breasts are great in this recipe.
