Truck Stop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. French fries or equal amount sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and sausage.
    Don't drain grease.
    Dice vegetables and saute with meat.
    Turn often.
    Serve when potatoes are done. Season to taste.
    Can add Tabasco when cooked.
    Serves 8 to 10. Grated cheese on top and eggs on side go great with this.
