Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Brown crushed crackers in oleo in skillet.
    Add part of cracker mixture to Veg-All mixture. Spread rest on top.
    Bake in casserole dish until brown at 350\u00b0.
