Country Baked Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken parts
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. country gravy mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place chicken in large baking dish. Arrange vegetables around chicken.
    Add water to gravy mix, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Pour over chicken and vegetables.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
    Stir sauce before serving.
    Serve over rice.
