Easy Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    milk (only if needed)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In microwave-safe casserole dish, combine all ingredients except shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Cover and microwave on High for 10 minutes, stirring at least twice during cooking.
    Add Cheddar cheese, mix and microwave on High 5 more minutes.
    Remove from microwave and stir.
    Cheddar cheese should be melted and blended into sauce.
    If not, put back in microwave at 2 minutes cooking time, until melted.
