Stuffed Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Saute ground beef and onion; drain.
    Add rice, salt and water; mix well.
    Place 1/2 of chopped cabbage in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover with meat mixture.
    Put remaining cabbage over meat. Pour soup over all.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
