Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture; stir just until batter is moist.
Pour into 2 (1 pound) greased coffee cans; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
