Holly Farms Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted in a 9 x 13-inch pan
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Mix the flour, Parmesan cheese and all the spices thoroughly in a large Ziploc bag.
    Cut the potatoes into 4 wedges each and shake well in mixture.
    Lay in single layer in buttered pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until done, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Turn potatoes halfway through baking time.
