Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. fat
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. onion, sliced
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Pound flour, salt and pepper into meat; heat fat and brown on each side, then add onion, pepper and tomatoes.
    Cook slowly for 2 hours.
    May be cooked inside oven or covered on top of stove.
