Banana Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. bananas, mashed
    1 c. nuts, cut up
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add eggs; add vanilla.
    Then add buttermilk and flour.
    Continue mixing.
    Add bananas and nuts. Pour batter into a waxed and greased pan.
    Let rest for a few minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes in 9 x 6 x 3-inch pan.
