Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 Tbsp. (heaping) applesauce
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and cook until they are almost done.
    Take out of pan and make gravy with the pan drippings.
    Then add 1 heaping tablespoon of applesauce (mix well with gravy).
    After the gravy is made, add 1 large can of sauerkraut.
    Stir ingredients well.
    Pour into long baking dish (13 x 9-inch, preferably glass but doesn't need to be).
    Then lay the 6 pork chops on top, pushing them down in, just a little.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
