Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frozen deep-dish pie crust
1 c. low-fat milk
1/3 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg or cinnamon
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
Egg Beaters equivalent to 3 eggs
dash of pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Thaw pie crust and place on flat cookie sheet.
Prick bottom and sides of crust with fork.
Combine milk, seasonings and eggs.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into crust.
Add cheese and spinach.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
