Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
5 eggs
2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream Crisco and margarine.
Add beaten eggs and sugar.
Mix soda with buttermilk.
Add alternately with flour, ending with flour last.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until leaves sides of pan or tests done.
