Oyster Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. sausage
    1 c. chestnuts
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    sage
    celery salt
    pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter and sausage and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from fire.
    After boiling chestnuts until soft, drain and add to first mixture.
    Blend all ingredients and stuff bird lightly.
