Zucchini Casserole I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    4 to 5 c. cubed zucchini
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix with stuffing and seasoning.
    Saute onion and zucchini 10 minutes or until tender.
    Mix soup, sour cream and carrots together.
    In bottom of casserole dish put 1/2 of the zucchini mix, then 1/2 of the stuffing mix, then 1/2 of the soup and sour cream mix.
    Repeat for 2nd layer.
