Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. drained blueberries
Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar, egg, milk and shortening.
Add blueberries and stir carefully.
Bake in greased muffin pans at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 16 muffins.
