Tiella(Italian Cheesecake; A Hot Dish, Not A Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. noodles (thin or angel hair)
    12 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 stick butter
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c. Romano cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs very well.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into a well-greased large bowl.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then lower oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
    Bake until a golden crust forms.
