Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ground beef
1 medium zucchini
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
butter
1 can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Slice zucchini, boil and drain.
Set aside.
Lightly saute (do not brown) onion and bell pepper in butter.
Add ground beef and brown.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in tomato sauce.
Add zucchini.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cover with grated cheese and bake until melted.
