Seafood Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 lb. peeled, deveined, halved shrimp
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar
    4 oz. Mozzarella
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. cumin
    flour tortillas
    chopped cilantro
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spray 9 x 12 pan with Pam. In large mixing bowl, combine cheeses, sour cream, half and half and butter. Heat in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes; stir and repeat.
