Whole Roasted Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole medium heads garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Remove outer skin from garlic and arrange right side up in an 8 X 8 X 2 pan.
    Drizzle oil over garlic, letting it run between cloves.
    Cover and bake 1 hour, basting occasionally.
    Cool to serve.
    Pull off cloves and gently squeeze paste onto bread.
