Hamburger Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 tsp. Cajun seasoning salt
Preparation
    Mix together with hands. Divide into 2 rolls and wrap in foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
