Cheese And Onion Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium onions, sliced
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) boxes corn muffin mix
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Pour butter into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add corn muffin mix prepared as box directs, but substitute creamed corn for milk.
    Turn into buttered dish.
    Top with layered onions, sour cream and Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
