Chicken Pedro - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 large cans Swanson chicken
8 oz. sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
2 bags Doritos
1 c. grated Colby Jack cheese
jar of your favorite salsa
Preparation

Crush 1 bag of the Doritos. Spread on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Mix together the chicken soup, chicken, sour cream, green chilies and onion. Pour this mixture over the crushed Doritos. Cover with the grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly. Serve with salsa and Doritos.
