Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
1 heaping c. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. white Karo corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Beat eggs until well mixed.
Beat flour mixture into eggs.
Beat in sugar, salt, syrup, butter and vanilla; add pecans.
Set oven to 325\u00b0.
Bake pie crust until it begins to cook (begins to puff, but is not completely done).
Pour in pecan filling.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
(May be covered for the last 15 minutes baking time if needed to keep pecans from burning.)
