Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bunches fresh broccoli
5 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. raisins
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation

Remove the tough ends of stalks and cut flowerets and stems into small pieces.
Place in large bowl and add onions, celery, raisins and bacon.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add dressing to mixture and toss gently.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
