Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1 or 2 medium onions
    grated Cheddar cheese
    3 medium potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Slice potatoes, peeled or unpeeled, in a casserole dish.
    Place in layers the potatoes, meat and onions.
    Pour soup over all and bake until potatoes are done, about 30 to 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven until it melts.
    The garlic cheese may be used if this is desired.
    Very quick and easy.
    Serves about 4 people.
