Me Mo'S Custard(Serves 16) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. milk
16 eggs (country eggs will make more yellow)
4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar together.
Strain, then add mixture to gallon of milk.
Cook in double boiler.
Stir constantly until coats a silver spoon.
Won't get thick until cools.
Strain again when cool.
